Q. How do we keep our prices so low?
A. Very simply - we don't use salesmen and we use the administration, storage and buying power of our parent company to deliver the prices. We believe our prices are unbeatable by any other company offering goods of a similar quality. For example, a 4m length of Duropal worktop in any of the current range is from just £69.00 inc vat!
Q. Can you deliver on these prices?
A. Absolutely. Unlike many internet companies we will stick to the price quoted and we do carry stock.
Q. What about quality?
A. We understand that quality is incredibly important, whether it's quality of goods, service or aftercare, and we do our best to make sure that everything is to a high standard. For example, we don't sell budget -type units - all our units have quality carcases with solid backs. Just because the prices are low does not mean that the quality is too!
Q. What if I don't have plans?
A. Not a problem. If you have no plan and are not sure how to draw one, then phone us and we will do our best to help you. If you would prefer, we can offer you an expert design service, with a designer who is absolutely not a high-powered salesman, but who will design your kitchen just as you want it and leave you computer-drawn plans. These are yours to keep. There may be a small fee for this service but we are sure you will agree that it is extremely good value for money.
Q. Will I be hassled by salesmen?
Definitely not. Unless you have asked for our designer to call, only when you are satisfied and have agreed a price with us will we send out a representative to see you. Our representative will then confirm the door, worktop, handles, etc that you have chosen, and you can agree delivery dates together.
Q. Do you offer an after-sales service?
After over 25 years in the kitchen industry we pride ourselves not just on our aftercare, but also on our ongoing care as you are fitting your kitchen or bedroom. We can answer most questions over the phone immediately, but we also have fitters on hand to give help and guidance, or even call out if neccessary. All in all, we believe that our service is second to none.
